Adeline Bernard was named Realitor of the Year for 2007  by the Door County Board of Realtors.

The realtor of the year award is given to a member of the Door County Board of REALTORS who has provided outstanding service to the real estate profession and their community. Addie had been a member of the real estate community for over 20 years, first as an agent and later by establishing and managing her own agency. She has found time to tirelessly and selflessly serve her customers, her peers and the community always exhibiting leadership, a postitive attitude, a smile and a voice of reason.
Addie has been an active member of the Door County Board of Realtors serving on various committees, the MLS  Board and the Board of  Directors-including serving as Board President. Addie has found time to be very active in her community in a number of ways; she was a city alderman for 2 terms, member of the board of her local chamber of commerce including the position of president. She is past president of the local women's club and past president of her church council. She has been very active in the yearly food drive for her community. And in her spare time she has managed to become a certified appraiser and is in her third year of being a host family for exchange students.
